"The Joy Corner B&B" is an elegant residence located in one of the most sought-after areas of the city, renowned for its numerous historical services and commercial activities in Brescia. It is the perfect location for families who want to enjoy the comforts of their own home, for business trips, or for a romantic vacation in a peaceful and private environment.
Our guests have access to rooms with different bathroom options (private, exclusive, shared), free Wi-Fi connection, a heated environment, and the freedom to return at any time of the night.
Our rooms are equipped with everything you need: bed linen, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and upon request, we also provide oral hygiene kits and slippers.
For stays longer than 7 days, we offer a small kitchenette. It is a brand new kitchen equipped with a microwave, portable induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. We provide strictly compostable utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery.
You can also bring your well-behaved four-legged friends with you during your trip.

Currently, in compliance with Covid-19 regulations, we are providing our guests with only packaged products. However, we always maintain a high level of attention to the quality and origin of what we offer. We pay particular attention to organic foods, such as jams and fruit juices.
Furthermore, we take care of the dietary needs of those who have intolerances or allergies. Upon request, we will prepare a breakfast specifically for celiac and other specific requirements.

Our bed and breakfast is located in a historically significant area in Brescia, in a scenic and peaceful location in the heart of the city. The position is convenient for visitors arriving by various modes of transportation:
- By car: you can easily reach us by exiting the Brescia Centro ring road from Verona or Brescia Ovest from Milan. You will find covered parking at Autosilo1 on Via Vittorio Emanuele II, just 290 meters from the B&B, or public parking just 20 meters away. Alternatively, you can request to use our private garage for a small fee. The garage is exclusively available to you, but depends on availability at the time.
- By train: Brescia Central Station is only a 12-minute walk from the B&B.
- By bus: you can take the line 12 "Verrocchio" and get off after two stops at Via San Martino della battaglia 11, just 250 meters from the B&B.
- By metro: Piazza Vittoria station is only 600 meters from our B&B.
From our small balcony, you can enjoy a charming view of the Sant'Alessandro church and its romantic square. Our guests will have the opportunity to explore the shopping streets, taste delicious local dishes in various restaurants and ancient taverns, attend cultural events, and visit exhibitions.
